Note:Different lowercase letters in the same row represent significant differences at 0.05 level.

As shown in Tab.1,with the increasing addition level of NaOH,the NDF and ADF content of corn straw decreased accordingly,and there was no significant difference between group 1 and control group,and between group 2 and control group(P>0.05),while there was significant difference between group 3 and control group(P<0.05).The results indicated that the NDF and ADF content of corn straw decreased significantly by treating corn straw with 4%NaOH.
