As shown in Tab.2,the average body weight of population SP,which was(12.20±3.14)g,was significantly higher than that of population HP,which was(13.18±3.65)g.The coefficient of variation in body weight within Population SP was 25.74%,and that within population HP was 27.69%.The BL,WFAS,WTAS,LFAS,HFAS,CL and LAS values of population HP were all higher than those of population SP.One-way analysis of variance(ANOVA)showed that there were extremely significant differences in body weight and width of third abdominal segment(P<0.001),but no significant difference in body length(P>0.05)between the two populations.The analysis of variance on other traits were meaningless because they did not meet the assumption of homogeneity of variance(Tab.3).
