《Storage Stability of Imidacloprid Residues in Different Matrixes of Lycium barbarum》
The added concentration is 0.1 mg/kg.
The comparison of the stability results of imidacloprid residues in 4 different matrixes of L.barbarum is shown in Table 2and Fig.1.In terms of content, the residual status of imidacloprid in the different matrixes of L.barbarum for 360 d(about 1 year)under the freezing conditions was as follows:the residues in the dry fruit without processing(uncrushed sample)ranged from 0.058 to 0.101 mg/kg,while the residual range of crushed dried fruit was 0.066-0.103 mg/kg,and residues in the fresh fruit without processing(unhomogenized sample)ranged from 0.088 to0.107 mg/kg,while the residual range of homogenized fresh fruit was 0.089-0.108 mg/kg.In terms of variation trend, the performances of crushed and uncrushed sample were the same, and the performances of unhomogenized and homogenized sample were the same. The storage stability of imidacloprid residues was better in the fresh fruit than the dry fruit of L.barbarum.
