ALE is defined by distance function DOt（xkt，ykt），measuring the distance between a sample point and corresponding production possibilities frontier for a given period to judge the input-output performance of agriculture logistics production.The greater the distance is，the lower the efficiency will be.If a region's ALE value is between，the region is defined as\""high efficiency region\""；if a region's ALE value is between，the region is defined as\""relatively high efficiency region\""；if a region's ALE value is between，the region is defined as\""fair efficiency region\""；if a region's ALE value is in between，the region is defined as\""relatively low efficiency region\""；if a region's ALE value is in below 0.4，the region is defined as\""low efficiency region\"".Using the non-parameter linear programming technique，we calculated ALE of 28 provinces and regions in China for the time span 1994-2014.Then，we obtained the average regional historical ALE.Calculation results show that Shandong province in 0.84 ALE value ranks first，followed by Guangdong（0.79）and Jiangsu（0.75）；Tibet and Qinghai rank last with the ALE value 0.16 and 0.24，respectively（Table 1）.
