According to the formula(3),the input variable is adjus-ted,and the adjusted input variable and original output variable are set in BCC model for analysis,obtaining DMU efficiency value and scale reward at the third stage.To convenient for contrasting with the result at the first stage,the results are listed in Table 1.Via the comparison of results between the third and first stages,it is found that after environmental variable and random factor are eliminated,comprehensive technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency in Taiwan all decline somewhat.Seen from Superman rank correlation analysis,comprehensive technical efficiency value and pure technical efficiency value after environmental variable and random factor are eliminated at the third stage significantly improve when compared with the first stage.Scale efficiency relatively declines due to less sample number,but it does not affect comprehensive analysis.Comprehensively speaking,when compared with traditional DEA method,it is rational to use threestage DEA model to measure agricultural production efficiency.
