Note:-showed that the heavy metal was not detected.

Seen from Table 2,the distribution of the same heavy metal in different parts of aquatic products was different.Under the farmed condition, the contents of heavy metals were relatively higher in head and viscera of four kinds of aquatic products, while they were relatively lower in muscle.Under wild condition, the contents of heavy metals in M.ensis,P.fulvidraco and M.albus were similar to that under the farmed condition except Pb,Cd,Cu in muscle of C.auratus.It is generally thought that heavy metals enter into fish and shrimp by feed intake, body surface infiltration and gill membrane adsorption[19-20].Fish and shrimp continuously absorb the dissolved oxygen by gill, thereby making that the heavy metal ion dissolved in the water is absorbed via gill[21].The heavy metals entering into fish and shrimp by ingestion, infiltration or adsorption join in metabolism and then accumulate in the viscera[22].Therefore,the contents of heavy metals in head and viscera are generally higher than that in muscle.
