由表1可见，超声造影病灶增强强度是胸膜结核瘤与恶性肿瘤的重要鉴别点，胸膜结核瘤以低增强为主（P<0.001）、恶性肿瘤多为高增强（P=0.001）；但两组患者的年龄、性别以及病灶的始增时间、消退速度、增强均匀程度、坏死区表现差异均无统计学意义。
