All the suspected isolates were subjected to both biochemical and molecular characterizations.Biochemical tests comprises gram stain,motility test,catalase test and sugar(fructose,galactose,lactose,maltose,mannitol,rhamnose,sucrose and xylose)fermentation(Pyar and Peh,2014),while molecular characterization was carried out by using polymerase chain reaction(PCR)using specific primer(Table 1)(Amin et al.,2011) .
