In order to characterize the electrochemical properties,Linear-sw eep voltammetry(LSV)test w as conducted on CoNiP/NCNTs samples w ith different phosphorus contents after CV scanning w as stabilized in the 0.5 mol/L(p H=0.2)sulfuric acid solution.Pt/C(10 w t.%Pt/XC-72),CoNiO2/NCNTs precursor and NCNTs w ere conducted as contrast.Fig.5a show s that CoNiP/NCNTs-2 has the best HER performance and the low est Tafel slope at10 mA cm-2,but its properties are still not as good as Pt/C.The metal oxides in CoNiP/NCNTs-1 show a deterioration of HER performance in the acidic electrolyte.How ever,due to the phosphates generated by excessive phosphorus in CoNiP/NCNTs-3,and the high electronegativity of P and O(2.14 and 3.44,respectively),they have a strong binding force on free electrons,w hich hinders the movement of free electrons and leads to a decrease in the electrical conductivity w ith low HER performance.Detailed data and comparison w ith other catalysts under the same conditions are show n in Table S1 and Table S2.In order to explain the HER performance of the catalyst materials essentially,w e estimate the amount of active sites at the same time,and the specific values are show n in Table S3.According to Faraday’s formula Q=2n F(F=964 85C/mol)and the total amount of charge transferred during the test,w e can estimate the active sites on the material surface,the calculating results n1=2.18×10-7,n2=7.31×10-7,n3=2.54×10-7mol for CoNiP/NCNTs-q,CoNiP/NCNTs-2 and CoNiP/NCNTs-3,respectively.It can be seen that during the same test time,the amount of active sites exposed from CoNiP/NCNTs-2 is highest among the three samples,indicating the best catalytic activity.
