The literature search and abstraction process（and reasons for exclusion）was detailed in Figure 1.The key details of each study were extracted and summarized in Table1[10-22].A total of 13 studies were systematically reviewed.Four studies were excluded from the final meta-analysis as three did not have a control group while one did not detect H.pylori infection in either patients with IBS or healthy controls，hence no OR could be calculated.
