This type of quantitative analysis of the pollutant reduction performance of different ecological restoration measures provides important support for the pollution load quantification and control in the Xiaonanhai Lake watershed.Moreover,the control-unit-based watershed management could assign responsibility more efficiently to identify water environmental problems and implement these measures.This study only calculated the water environmental capacity of 2016 due to the data limitation.However,the water environmental capacity changes significantly under different hydrological conditions.Thus,future studies could be conducted with more hydrological data to explore the pollution reduction effects of different ecological measures.
