Three steps were used to compute the velocity vectors.First，the adaptive cross-relation technique was employed with a mask to adjust an appropriate Interrogation Area（IA）.The height of the adaptive IA window was set up by the value of H.Overlap value in both directions is 50%.Secondly，each vector map was compared with the average of other vectors in a defined neighborhood by moving average validation.Finally，the mean velocity vector using vector statistics was yielded.Table 1 pre-sents the PIV parameters in this work，where IW means size of Interrogation Window，IAG means Interrogation Area Grid，MAV means Moving Average Validation.
