The proposed hybrid system accommodates 15wavelengths/channels of DWDM with channel spacing of 25 GHz operating at 1 558.58-1 561.4 nm and the data rate of each is 40 Gbps，where each channel carries 8 optical CDMA users'data.So，the total capacity of the hybrid system is 120 users at a data rate of 5Gbps per user.The performance of the hybrid system is evaluated utilizing SMF and Dispersion Compensating Fiber（DCF）.In this work，the Amplified Spontaneous Emission（ASE）is neglected in order to have some insight on inter and intrachannel FWM effects.Other hybrid system properties are tabulated in Tab.1.
