The use of E2209 as the deposited w eld metal of the transition layer also reduced dilution in the w elding of the cladding material.To ensure proper corrosion resistance,the chemical composition of the flux w ire also matched that of the 2205 cladding material(Table 7).The pitting corrosion performance of the welded joint was consistent with ASTM standard A923-08/C,as shown in Table 8 and Fig.10.Using the above welding wire and welding process,the welded joints of the cladding material met the requirements of the ASTM standard(corrosion rate (mdd)=weight loss(mg)/(specimen area (dm2)·time(d)) ,the calculated corrosion rate should not exceed 10 mdd) .
