《Gain Properties of Triply-Doped Graphene-Insulator-Graphene Nanosheet Waveguide》
The gain properties of the triply-doped GGGnanosheet waveguide are analyzed at five different input signal wavelengths(1.310,1.470,1.530,1.600 and1.650μm)with a signal input power of 1.0μW and a background loss of 0.1 dB/m by fourth-order RungeKutta method and Newton iterative algorithm.Spectroscopic parameters of rare-earth ions used for the numerical calculation of the proposed waveguide are shown in Table 1,where r is the core radius.Mostof the parameters are taken from Ref.[10].
