《The ignored emission of volatile organic compounds from iron ore sinter process》
The raw sinter materials were obtained from TISCO for sinter pot test and from Baosteel for sinter simulation experiment.All raw materials contained iron bearing materials(blend ore and return fines),fluxes(limestone,dolomite and serpentine)and solid fuel(coal and coke fines).The chemical compositions of TISCO raw mix and their mass ratio are listed in Tables 1 and 2.The proximate analysis of coal and coke breeze(shown in Table 3)was performed on dry basis.The chemical compositions of Baosteel raw mix for sinter simulation experiments are listed in Table 4.The blended iron ore raw material was first sieved and crushed to 40 mesh,and then dried at 105°C for 12 hrh to remove absorbed water.The mass ratio of blended iron ore raw mix was adjusted to same as that used in real sintering condition(Table 5).
