The best fitting parameters of the EIS spectra obtained at the potential of-0.53 V(value of peak AI)are shown in Table 1.Changes in Na NO3 concentration in the Na OH solution are accompanied by the modification of chemical species composition;this finding could be attributed to some chemical species formed on the antimony electrode.Composition modification on antimony can change the electrical properties of the oxide layer. The properties of this layer represent semiconducting properties. The mechanism of charge transfer in the antimony-oxide layer-electrolyte system is dependent on the semiconducting properties of the oxide layer, which can be modified owing to the breaking of bonds and the formation of new ones[32].The increase in the charge-transfer resistance(Rct)value can be attributed to the accumulation of the oxide layer.
