The yield components and yield of soybean were determined by Table 2 and 3.With the increase of nitrogen application rate,the grain number per plant and grain weight per plant of soybean showed a trend of decreasing at first and then increasing.Among them,the optimum combination was N4B2C,and the differences of grain number per plant,pod number per plant and grain weight per plant were very significant(P<0.01).The results showed that under the same nitrogen application mode,the pod number per plant,grain number per plant and yield per plant were more advantageous when the nitrogen application rate was75 kg/hm2;and at the same nitrogen application rate,the number of seeds per plant,pod number per plant and grain weight per plant inoculated with rhizobia were higher than those of the plant non-inoculated with rhizobia,and reached a significant level.
