Deter-mination of goose embryo fibroblast con-firmed that the TCID50of allantoic fluid harvested by inoculating goose embryo with preserved BZ strain was-3.99.The virus was diluted so that each 0.2 m L of virus contained 200 TCID50，then mixed with equal volume of 2-fold diluted antisera，and finally reacted at 37℃for 60min.Each dilution degree was inoculated with three holes，and neutralizing titer（PD50）was calculated according to the test results，and the titer of immunized fusion protein reached up to-2.608（Tab.1）.The immune titer of propolis inactivated vaccine was-2.56（Tab.2）.
