Moisture sorption isotherms were determined by using the saturated salt solution method at(25±0.1)°C(Lewis,1977).The 12saturated salts solutions(LiBr,LiCl,CH3COOK,MgCl2,K2CO3,NaBr,KI,NaCl,KCl,BaCl2,KNO3,and K2SO4),which allowed to achieve the relative humidity values ranging from 6.4%to 97.3%,were prepared by dissolving an appropriate quantity of salt in deionized water at studied temperature.The salt solutions used and their corresponding relative humidities at 25°C were given in Table 1.The total of 12 desiccator of 1 L was used in the experimental procedure.Each desiccator was filled to one quarter depth with a prepared saturated salt solution and consisting of salt crystals on the bottom.The desiccators were tightly closed and placed in a controlled temperature oven for 24 h to be stabilized at a fixed temperature(25°C)in order to provide a fixed relative humidity(RH)corresponding to a fixed RH of the product at studied temperature.
