共测定65株昆虫微孢子虫对家蚕的食下感染性，结果发现有26株昆虫微孢子虫可食下感染家蚕（表3），对家蚕的交叉感染率达40.00%，进一步证实野外昆虫微孢子虫对家蚕具有交叉传染性，而野外昆虫是家蚕微粒子病发生的重要传染源。
