Referring to the previous research on the influencing factors of the agricultural producer service industry，the expenditure for agriculture，forestry，animal husbandry，fishery and service industries was selected as a measure for the development level of agricultural producer services（PPS）.The influencing factors on the development of agricultural producer services were summarized as follows:location factors，economic factor，policy factor and technical factors[18].Location factors are represented by infrastructure construction，transportation capacity and rural human capital.Agricultural producer services are prone to agglomeration in areas where infrastructure is well established.Under normal circumstances，an area with high level of urbanization will have more complete supporting infrastructure，so the urbanization rate，a quantitative index of urbanization，was used to measure infrastructure in the area（BASE）.A better transportation environment can create space spillovers，laying the foundation for the coordinated development of regional agricultural producer services.Therefore，road mileage was used as a measure of transportation capacity（TRANS）.The development of any industry is inseparable from adequate and effective supply of talents.This is especially true for agricultural producer service industry with high level of knowledge capital.The increase in the level of rural human capital is a guarantee for the effective promotion of agricultural producer services.The educational years of rural labor force was used as a measure of the rural human capital level（EDU）.The economic factor refers to the level of economic development.A large number of studies have shown that the proportion of the output value of service industry in various countries is positively related to the level of economic development.In this paper，per capita gross domestic product was used as a measure of the level of economic development（GDP）.Policy factor is reflected by the government&apos；s financial support.China&apos；s agricultural producer service industry is still as an initial stage.The guiding role in government&apos；s macro regulation and control is particularly important in its development.Therefore，the fiscal expenditure on agriculture was used as a measure of government support strength（EXP）.Technical factors are mainly manifested in technological innovation capability and informatization level.The technological innovation capability of the agricultural producer service industry directly determines its competitiveness.The number of patent applications was used as a measure of technological innovation capability（TEC）.At the same time，agricultural producer service industry is also a new industry that develops based on information technology and modern management concepts.The post and telecommunication traffic was used as a measure of informatization level（INF）.The specific variables were shown in Table 4.
