表2结果显示，墨脱县土壤分离的放线菌分为3个属11个种。其中链霉菌属Streptomyces种类最多，为9个种，分别是Streptomyces prunicolor、Streptomyces virginiae、Streptomyces xanthophaeus、Streptomyces spororaveus、Streptomyces lavendulae、Streptomyces coralus、Streptomyces kanamyceticus、Streptomyces sp.和Streptomyces graminisoli。分析不同种放线菌出现频率可知，Streptomyces sp.出现频率最高，出现频率为43%，在6个土样中被分离到，其次为Streptomyces xanthophaeus，出现频率为21%。相对丰度表明，11种放线菌中，Sphingomonas asaccharolytica相对丰度最高（38.7%），其次为Streptomyces sp.相对丰度为34.2%，其余相对丰度均较低。
