Values represent means of 6 replicates(n=10).Means with different lowercase letters within the same column differ(P<0.05).

In experiment 1,Table 4 showed the effect of RH on droppings’corticosterone metabolites.Ta,RH and their interaction all had effects(P<0.01)on droppings’corticosterone metabolites at 6 and 8 h;at 26°C,compared with the 60%RH,85%RH increased(P<0.05)droppings’corticosterone metabolites,however,no difference(P>0.05)was found between the 35 and 60%RH;at 31°C,compared with the 60%RH,35 and 85%RH increased(P<0.05)droppings’corticosterone metabolites,and the 85%RH further increased(P<0.05)it compared to the 35%RH.Ta had no effect(P>0.24),RH and their interaction had effects(P<0.04)on droppings’corticosterone metabolites at 2 and22 h.At 2 h,at 26°C,compared with the 60%RH,35 and85%RH increased(P<0.05)droppings’corticosterone metabolites,and the 85%RH further increased(P<0.05)it compared to the 35%RH;at 31°C,compared with the60%RH,35 and 85%RH increased(P<0.05)droppings’corticosterone metabolites,and the 35%RH further increased(P<0.05)it compared to the 85%RH.At 22 h,at26 and 31°C,compared with the 60%RH,35 and 85%RHincreased(P<0.05)droppings’corticosterone metabolites,and the 85%RH further increased(P<0.05)it compared to the 35%RH.Ta had no effect(P>0.24),RH had effect(P<0.01)and their interaction had no effect(P>0.33)on droppings’corticosterone metabolites at the 4 h;compared with the 60%RH,35 and 85%RH increased(P<0.01)droppings’corticosterone metabolites.
