《The properties of N-doped diamond-like carbon films prepared by helicon wave plasma chemical vapor deposition》
The friction coefficient of the N-doped DLC films decreases from 0.04 to 0.01 with the increase of N2flow rate(0–10 sccm).When the N2flow rate is 10 sccm,the friction coefficient reaches the minimum.The results indicate that the preeminent N-doped DLC film can be obtained in 10 sccm nitrogen flow rate.
