Alteration and mineralization are widespread, mainly in the Paodaoling porphyry(Fig.5a–d),and partially developed in the Gaojiabian Formation(Fig.5f–g),including mainly sericitization, chloritization, silicification, carbonatization, muscovitization and kaolinization.Ore textures at Paodaoling are mainly massive, disseminated and veined(Fig.5).The dominant ore minerals are pyrite, with a small amount of galena, sphalerite, chalcopyrite, magnetite, realgar and orpimentin the Paodaoling dacite porphyry and the surrounding Gaojiabian formation siltstone(Fig.5).Gold does not exist as native Au,but in the form of ultramicroinclusions in sulfide minerals, mainly pyrite and arsenopyrite(Duan Liuan et al.,2014).Supergene limonite and hematite caused by pyrite oxidation acted as the Au carrier in the oxidation zone on the surface.A complete list of ore mineral assemblages are shown in Table 1.Based on field ore deposit geology, hand specimen features, and microphotograph observation, the formation of the Paodaoling Au deposit can be roughly divided into three stages,i.e.,phyllic stage,poly-metal sulfide stage and supergene stage(Fig.7):
