选用6061铝合金挤压型材的化学成分(质量分数/%):0.6Si,0.9Mg,0.17Fe,0.22Cu,0.08Mn,0.10Cr,0.03Ti,0.03Zn,余量Al;6082铝合金挤压型材的化学成分(质量分数/%)为:1Si,0.6Mg,0.18Fe,0.01Cu,0.44Mn,0.01Cr,0.01Ti,0.02Zn,余量Al。型材断面如图1所示。经过175℃8 h时效后,力学性能见表1。
