We used the value of CLA-PTX cellular uptake in SSL-CLA-PTX treatment group(2 h time point at37°C)as a standard to calculate the change rate,shown in Table 2.The cellular uptake of CLA-PTX in iRGD-modified liposomes treatment groups(iRGD-LTSL-CLA-PTX or iRGD-SSL-CLA-PTX)was higher than that in non iRGD-modified liposomes treatment groups(LTSL-CLA-PTX or SSL-CLA-PTX)under both 37°C and 42°C conditions,showing the role of iRGD targeting effect on CLA-PTX cellular uptake.Likewise,the cellular uptake of CLA-PTX in LTSL treatment groups(iRGD-LTSL-CLA-PTX or LTSL-CLA-PTX)was higher than that in SSL treatment groups(iRGD-SSL-CLA-PTX or SSL-CLA-PTX)under the 42°C condition,showing the role of LTSL on CLA-PTX cellular uptake.The highest CLA-PTX cellular uptake values were observed in iRGD-LTSL-CLA-PTX treatment group under the42°C condition.
