《Effects of High-temperature Char Layer and Pyrolysis Gas on NOx Reduction in a Typical Decoupling Combustion Coal-fired Stove》
where NOout is the NO concentration in fuel gas,NObg is the total NO concentration in V1+V2,and NOchar is the outlet NO concentration in the blank experiment.Table 7shows the experimental and simulated concentration of NO at the outlet.The NO concentration decreases from850.0 ppm to 46.0 ppm in the comparative experiment,while increases from zero to 25.6 ppm in the blank experiment,indicating that nearly 90%of NO in the primary gas flow was reduced by the burning char layer.The simulated concentration of NO at the flue gas exit increases from 22.2 ppm to 48.3 ppm when NO was added into the primary argon gas flow,that is,the simulated reducing rate of NO in the primary gas flow is90.8%.It is clear that the simulated results are in good agreement with the experimental data.
