Seen from Table 4，tobacco was all orange yellow from each part in different treatments，leaf&apos；s maturation degree was good，and index sum score was8.5-9.0.Middle and lower leaves were loosed，while upper leaf was more loose.Lower leaf was slightly thin，with moderate chroma and oil；middle leaf was moderately thick，with moderate chroma and oil；upper leaf was slightly thick，with strong chroma and oil.Seen from index sum score of appearance quality，appearance quality of lower leaf in T2-T4treatments was slightly bad except T1treatment，but the index sum score of each treatment was similar（7.75-7.90）；index sum score of middle leaf in each treatment all exceeded 8.00（8.06-8.23）and was similar；appearance quality index sum score of upper leaf in each treatment was 7.57-7.85，with little difference.It illustrated that appearance difference of leaf from the same part in different treatments was little，while appearance quality of leaf from different parts in the same treatment had certain difference.
