《Effects of Low Temperature and Poor Light Environments under LED Lighting on Quality Change of Pepper Seedlings during Storage》
Photosynthesis is one of the major determinants of plants'biological yield.Low temperature and poor light storage environments weakened the net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of pepper seedlings,thus effectively reducing carbohydrate consumption and water loss in the storage period[14].According to Table 4,after pepper seedlings were stored for 14 days,the transpiration rate of pepper seedlings in all treatments tended to decrease at 6℃but showed an increasing trend in most treatments except treatment T11L24P30 at 11℃.When pepper seedlings were stored at 6 or 11℃,respectively,the net photosynthetic rate of pepper seedlings in all treatments was low,and there was no significant difference between 7 and 14 days after storage,which effectively prevented the yellowing and deterioration of pepper seedlings[15].
