The(7,4)linear block code can detect the error bits in the data and correct 1error bit code,thus effectively improving the communication reliability.If there is more than 2error bits in the code word,the error data cannot be corrected.Considering that type of a small amount of error codes in engineering practice is 1error bit,the linear block codes can meet the engineering requirements.In order to further improve the reliability of data transmission,data retransmission technology can be used to resend the data that cannot be corrected for more than two bit error code[10].To verify whether the coding method can ensure accurate data transmission in the actual working environment,100 m twisted pair with 10pairs of connectors is used as a transmission medium in the simulation test environment,and the test equipment sends incremental data at the rate of10 MB/s to the console.The console receives and saves the data in real time.By analyzing the saved data,the result shows that no error code appears in the data.The data received in a high temperature environment is shown in Fig.5.Data is packed in unit of 2 048B;F1F2is a data frame header;the next3 B are the data frame count;then the next 4 B represents the wrong data amount statistics,and the rest are formal records data.After the computer software verifying analysis,it can be found that the data is continuous and no error code.Under the same working condition,the console receives and saves the valid data with the data amount of 4GB in real time and counts the error codes in the data with and without using linear block codes.5 groups of experiments were carried out under this condition,and the results were shown in Table 2.
